I began to workout at 15
I was always sportive
but I wanted to be strong
after six months of body-weight training
I bought myself a bench, dumbells and a chin-up bar at 15 1/2
I worked out almost every day
until I turned 16
when I achieved this physique
I decided to sign up for the gym
after one year at the gym
I achieved this physique at the age of 17 years old
- I needed less than two years to achieve this physique.
- I was strictly vegan for one year and since then I added it to my habits.
- I didn’t need supplements.
