6 YEARS OF

EXPERIENCE
In six years of training I haven’t had a single injury.
I started my journey when I was 15 1/2 years old and improved continuously since then.
Back then, I trained at home only with body weight exercises and high repetitions.
After doing this for half a year, I bought myself a bench, some weights and a chin up bar. I learned the basic exercises before I signed up for the gym at the age of almost 17. I comprehensively studied the science behind muscle growth, fat loss, healthy diets and the body mechanism behind it for over 5 years. This makes me able to release a product which includes all the relevant informations and excludes all the noise. Information is useless without practical use. I know what works and what doesn’t, not only in theory.

I can coach you via Skype after you required all the information I shared in my e-book. I will track your progress and make sure your transformation is not only happening as fast as possible, but also as risk free as possible, because the most important part is to make sure you don’t get injuries! If you want, I will feature your transformation on Instagram and help you building your own page if that’s in your interest.
